Pensacola Web Designs has provided a free, easy to find full version download for all of our pre-built scripts. Because of this, we do not offer any refunds for these scripts. It is the responsibility of the end user to insure that this script is compatible with the server that it will be used on and that the script will function as intended. We offer full support to trial users so please contact us and we will be glad to assist you with installation or operation problems. Installation of our scripts is available for $20.00. The installation fee for installation is non-refundable unless we are unsuccessful in getting the script to function at which time you will receive a full refund.

Web Hosting:

We go out of our way to provide the best services and products to our customers. If for any reason you are unhappy with our hosting services within the first 30 days of the account, we will be happy to give you a 100% refund for any setup and hosting charges that Pensacola Web Designs.com has charged. This guarantee does not apply to accounts that have been suspended due to inappropriate contact or abuse of the hosting resources for the purpose of hosting warez, pirated software, mp3's or video. After 30 days you can cancel you account at any time and we will refund you a depreciated value based on the days that you have had your account hosted for that month.

The following terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Pensacola Web Designs. By ordering services from Pensacola Web Designs you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

1. We reserve the right to refuse to construct a web site which we may judge as unfit due to content or otherwise. This includes, but is not limited by, sites containing adult oriented material such as pornography, sites which promote hatred towards persons belonging to any ethnic group, religion or sexual orientation and sites which infringe copyright or are contrary to US laws.
2. All material, both text and images, supplied by the client and used in the construction of the client's web site, will remain the client's property. All such material will be assumed to be the property of the client and free to use without fear of breach of copyright laws.
3. The copyright for all material provided by Pensacola Web Designs, such as HTML code, graphics, photographs and text, will remain the property of Pensacola Web Designs until such time as payment has been made in full whereupon they will become the property of the client.
4. Pensacola Web Designs makes every effort to design pages which display acceptably in the most popular current browsers, but cannot accept responsibility for pages which do not display acceptably in new versions of browsers released after pages have been designed.
5. Pensacola Web Designs will submit a client's website to several of the major search engines as part of the design commission. If a client wishes Pensacola Web Designs to promote a web site as a separate commission, Pensacola Web Designs will make every reasonable effort to promote the website effectively but cannot guarantee high placings in search engine results.
6. Pensacola Web Designs can accept no responsibility or liability if any search engine, online directory or search site, submitted to as part of a web site promotion commission, chooses not to list a client's web site.
7. Pensacola Web Designs will initially place the client's website on one of Pensacola Web Designs demonstration plans during construction in order that the client may view and comment upon the website's progress. When both Pensacola Web Designs and the client agree that the website meets the criteria agreed during the commissioning process, Pensacola Web Designs will invoice the client for the full amount due for the commission. On receipt of payment, Pensacola Web Designs will publish the website on the client's server. If the client wished to host with Pensacola Web Designs hosting services, client must agree to the terms of hosting and create an account for hosting.
8. If at any point during the Website Development Cycle a client wishes to cancel, they may do so but will be invoiced an amount that Pensacola Web Designs judges to be proportional to the amount of work completed on the commission.
9. If, during the Website Development Cycle, the client does not supply the content required in order to complete the commission within a reasonable amount of time, Pensacola Web Designs will consider that the client wishes to cancel the commission.
10. Pensacola Web Designs expects payment by chek, credit card or cash within 14 days of the date on the invoice.
11. Any payment returned by the bank or credit card company will incur a $25.00 administration charge. This will be invoiced and will be added to the total outstanding debt owed by the customer.
12. Pensacola Web Designs does not undertake to maintain or update a client's website as part of the design commission. If a client wishes Pensacola Web Designs to maintain or update a web site as a separate commission, Pensacola Web Designs will negotiate with the client a maintenance contract appropriate to the amount of work required. Web site maintenance may also be undertaken on a time and materials basis if the client so wishes.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory rights are not affected.

Pensacola Web Designs reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in the Terms and Conditions.
