We go out of our way to provide the best services and products to our customers.  If for any reason you are unhappy with our hosting services within the first 30 days of the account, we will be happy to give you a 100% refund for any setup and hosting charges that Pensacola Web Designs.com has charged.  This guarantee does not apply to accounts that have been suspended due to inappropriate contact or abuse of the hosting resources for the purpose of hosting warez, pirated software, mp3's or video.  After 30 days you can cancel you account at any time and we will refund you a depreciated value based on the days that you have had your account hosted.  

  Guarantee On Pre-Built Scripts

We do not offer any money back policies on our pre-built scripts because they are available for a free download and trial.  If you feel that the product is what you need for your application, we ask that you pay for the script.  By paying for the scripts, you insure future updates and make it possible for us to host this site, provide a technical support forum and develop other new scripts.

Any guarantees on design will be contained in a contract that is presented before any payment is collected. This contract will spell out payment schedules, time frames and details about the project.
